Allow merging into existing list

This release allows merging new ingredient(s) into an existing list which was previously created by the library.

Also removes the troublesome Microsoft text recognizer module, which didn't seem to want to work in a browser.

Initial release

It slices, it dices!

Well, more accurately, it does the opposite of that. The initial release of the library does what it says on the tin - accepts a bunch of ingredient strings and merges them together wherever possible!

• Preserves original order
• Parses ingredients to provide a lot of data
• Probably doesn't work for all use cases!
