IF YOU PLAY SINGEPLAYER YOU MUST LOAD ALL YOUR WORLDS WITH THIS VERSION BEFORE MOVING TO 0.2.0!
Explanation: CoFH's Thermal Foundation added a bunch of tools for every single Thermal Foundation ingot (example: Invar Chestplate, Electrum Pickaxe, etc). When it created them originally they were flawed, however, your save file saved information about the item's finger print. Somewhere in your level.dat it says ITEMID => ITEMFINGERPRINT. When Thermal Dynamics updated the tools for a newer version these fingerprints became too different and it causes Forge to be unable to load your world.
How this version fixes your save file: This version has an older version of the CoFH mods which does not include the Invar Chestplates, Electrum pickaxes, etc. They're as a result removed from the level.dat and when you upgrade your world is loaded properly.
The mods of this version are all identical to 0.2.0 excluding the CoFH mods which are downgraded to the following:
