A comprehensive database of functionally characterized rice genes
We collected 4100+ cloned rice genes and 400+ gene families comprised of more than 6100 genes. For each gene, various information concerning the gene symbol, the genomic locus in the Nipponbare reference genome, the Genbank accession number, the publications, the brief summary of the function of genes and the interactions networks for multiple genes are provided.
