What does this PR do?

This PR introduces a newly designed logo added to the header section of the webpage, complete with enhanced styling to improve the visual appeal and user experience.

Key Features:

• New Logo Implementation: Added a logo to the header for better branding and navigation visibility.
• Hover Effects: Implemented a dynamic hover effect with blue shades, a scale animation, and a glow to draw attention.
• Enhanced Styling: The logo features rounded edges, subtle shadowing, and a brightness filter to ensure it stands out against the header background.

Motivation:

Adding the logo improves brand recognition and the UI/UX of the website, making it more engaging for users.
