Bug Summary

The newsletter popup is currently appearing every time the page loads, causing inconvenience for users. Once a user clicks the "No Thanks" button on the newsletter popup, it should not appear again during future visits for the same user.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load the webpage with the newsletter popup.
  2. Click the "No Thanks" button to dismiss the popup.
  3. Reload the page or navigate to a different page on the site.
  4. Observe that the newsletter popup reappears.

Expected Behavior

Once a user clicks "No Thanks" on the newsletter popup, it should not reappear for that user unless:

  • The user clears their browser cache/cookies.
  • A certain time period (e.g., a week) has passed.
