• Always widen peerDependencies SemVer ranges when updating, instead of replacing.
• Rebase existing PRs any time the base branch has been updated.
• Removes rate limit for PR creation per hour.
• Remove limit for open PRs at any time.
• Run Renovate on following schedule: * 6-22/3 * * 1-5,* 12-23/3 * * 0,6
