 This document describes MAG*3.0*197, the VIX Image Viewer 2.01 patch.
 This patch adds enhancements to the Zero footprint HTML 5 based image
 viewer. Major changes for this patch are summarized below.
 MAG*3.0*197 contains the following new features:
 - Support for MUSE EKGs
 - HTML 5 optimizations
 - SQL optimization
 - Updates to SQL Express 2017 (Addresses issues found with Nessus scan)
 - Cache image files from remote locations only
 - Ability to copy an image to the clipboard
 - Fortify remediations
 - Newly supported SOP classes in MAG*3.0*197, as indicated in this
         document

 This project is initiated by Requirement BR 8.0 of the Health Information
 Exchange Viewer BRD #1-02-03-05-08-003.
 Patient Safety Issues (PSIs):

 There are no patient safety issues associated with this patch.
 Supported SOP Classes
 ---------------------------
 The following table includes the newly supported SOP classes in
 MAG*3.0*197. The HDIG validates the objects associated with these classes
 and stores them in the new database that then can be viewed via the new
 Image Viewer.
 Each SOP class must be enabled individually to be stored. The patch is
 distributed with all SOP classes disabled as the default. To enable
 the storage of new SOP classes, please enter a ServiceNow ticket, or contact
 the National Help Desk to request assistance from the CLIN3 Support Team.
 NOTE: Newly Supported SOP Classes are not currently viewable with Clinical
       Display or VistA RAD.

 Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview:

 1.  Rational Defect 538648: Confirmed Image Compression NOT
 working at all for the Image Viewer.
 Problem:
 ------------
 The Image Viewer was configured and tested for both compressed
 and uncompressed images and the results were compared side by side.
 Compression configuration for Image Viewer was confirmed NOT working.
 Image files are the same size no matter if compression is enabled or
 disabled. The image files are of full size in both cases.
 Resolution:
 --------------
 Compressed file sizes confirmed image compression is working.
 2. Rational Defect 711568:  Several sites that have installed P185 on their VIX
 are reporting that Importer III stopped working.
 Problem:
 ----------
 The Importer III is failing after installing P185 on VIX.
 Resolution:

 The 197 KIDS file will be updated to include registration of the RPC
 'MAGVA GET ALL NETWORK LOCATIONS', also instructions provided in
 MAG3_0P197_README.TXT to address the Network Location entries w/o a Place field
 value.

 Software being released as a host file and/or documentation describing the

 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may also elect
 to retrieve files directly from a specific server.
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly using Secure File
 Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS software directory at the following
 OI Field Offices:
