Why?

List bullet styling is not available in latest post block

How?

Added option in the settings to enable bullet list.

Testing Instructions

Go to WP admin dashboard.
Edit/ create page/post.
Add Latest Post Block
Enable list view.
Check for Enable Bullet List settings and verify it in frontend and backend.

As described in the [ticket], this PR introduces an option to enable bullet styling for the Latest Posts block list. This feature allows users to easily apply bullet points to the list items for improved styling control.

As a potential enhancement, we could consider adding an option to allow users to choose custom list icons. This would provide greater flexibility and customization opportunities for the block.

We welcome feedback and suggestions on this approach, especially regarding the feasibility and desirability of including additional customization options for list icons.
