This looks good to me. Could you change the text to "The following options are offered by tex-fmt" and add the rest of the current options to the table? Feel free to open the PR when you're done and I can merge it. |

Not sure if you wanted all available flags or just the formatting options, added all flags, let me know if I should just keep those regarding format. |

Did a basic layout, do not know how exactly to differentiate options accepting values to those that do not.
