This PR introduces the `unpack` URL param to unpack uploaded packages using https://github.com/WATonomous/docker-unpack . This is an alternative to #8 .

This PR installs the cvmfs_ducc command into the server container. It seems to work out of the box (after installation). See README for usage instructions.
