Update for improved behaviour of the PGM controlled access point recovery mode feature.

• Relevant mainly when used with Propeller P2, but also useful for Propeller 1 projects using the SIP version of the WiFi module.

The update will prevent inadvertent toggling of the P1/P2 IO pin that is connected to the WX module PGM pin from setting the WiFi module into an unknown state.

Further information: Recovery mode exists to switch the WiFi module back into AP+STA mode, to allow connection to the WebGUI and re-configuration of network settings in-case of bad settings / new wireless network / router / environment / etc... If the user requires to perform such a recovery more than once in one session, simply power-cycle the module. After each power-cycle, the recovery mode can be enabled once. (Prior to this update, recovery mode could be entered repeatedly in a loop, which was a potential failure point).
