Initial commit of Sigma Studio Notebook

This notebook is designed to help you write and test Sigma Rules for detection within Velociraptor!

Includes a lot of notebook fixes:

• Notebook template parameters are now typed like artifact parameters.
• Edit notebook allows to update the notebook parameters
• Notebook uploads dialog allows to upload and delete viewed uploads.
• New Widget for editing Sigma rules, uses profiles from https://sigma.velocidex.com/
