Ocular Dominance Mapping across cortical depth using UHF-fMRI

This repository contains the code that was used in a project at the Spinoza Centre for Neuroimaging in Amsterdam by Gilles de Hollander and Tomas Knapen.

By cloning this repository youn can inspect the code

git clone https://github.com/VU-Cog-Sci/odc_mapping/

You can then use docker-compose to start a Docker container that contains all the necessary packages etc: docker-compose build docker-compose run --rm odcmapping
