Add EDMM stations (#17)

* add EDMM CTR stations * Add EDMM APP stations * Consolidated and formatted data * add schedule_groups to EDMM Rhein CTR stations * Consolidated and formatted data * add EDMM Tower stations without Radio/Information stations.
