MAIZSIMv0.9

Version of MAIZSIM from November 2013. The yield and growth components have been partially tested. Except for some modifications to senescence routines the code is the same as that used in the 2013 Agronomy Journal Paper. This is the first version uploaded to GitHub and corresponds to version VS9.0 from Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.
