Javadoc for CS56 F17 lab08 starter code

This repo is a copy of the code in parsing-starter-04 and is used to generate the javadoc. Javadoc is in the .gitignore for these repos, so as to minimize merge conflicts when pulling in subsequent versions of the base code for the assignment:
