I edited the 03-analysis-plot.Rmd file to tidy formatting to both the T-tests and pearson test using the Broom package.
Note that this does lead to fewer decimal places being shown in our outputs. The more precise values are still mentioned in the text but something to consider.
I also knitted to html.
