Changes
Added i18n support for English, Spanish, Portugese via i18next package. Created i18n file, translations folder containing jsons of translated data, switch languages component (needs styling), and a demo use for the word "Welcome"
Testing
Ran frontend, verified that the switch language component operates as intended.
