Description

Currently, we ask the user to manually match the flats-lights when a flat set has multiple sequences.

We should pre-ask for quick resolutions:

[Merge all]: basically ignore this and merge the flat sequences together.
[Auto (light before flats)]:
[Auto (flats before lights)]: assign flats to lights based on the sequence date. Considering flats taken before/after the lights.
[Manual]: The current only choice we offer.
[Auto (per input folder)]: use input folders passed in input (Allow multiple input directories (and review CLI usage) #11) to make the matching.
