Fix Global Application Settings Dialog

• Fix Application Settings inputs (marginX, marginY, paddingX, paddingY, rowHeight, column)-> so you can change values without disappearing the modal (and save via ok button)
• No window lock switch avaliable, it saves when you press the: take over position button

• NOTE: Probably, in your preset all the values are already preset to static, so in this case you have to check them back, how you want. Just click on the lock icon to toggle the state. How simple is that?
• A static element is shown with a lock at the bottom
• a static element does not react on gravitation, when set to layoutmode -> autogravitation on left / right / top / bottom
• you can change it via element midi settings -> view
