Fix Global Application Settings Dialog

Fixes

• Fix Application Settings inputs (marginX, marginY, paddingX, paddingY, rowHeight, column)-> so you can change values without disappearing the modal (and save via ok button)
• No window lock switch avaliable, it saves when you press the: take over position button
• Fix sending window coordinates from main process to renderer process

• linux: Please, download the *.tar.gz File (can be seen on "assets" at the bottom here) and you know, what to do
