This commit changes the template to fit the referat specifications
It changes:

  • remove cover page
  • acknowledgment after PKI info
  • PKI title to the left side
  • TITLES and subtitles (headings) with capital letters v TOC
    • make titles and subtitles upper
    • make indented TOC
  • empty space after titles and subtitles
  • add space between numbering and titles/subtitles(headings)
  • table caption should be above fig
  • attachment title on the left
