Adding a simple example of a note latch. The examples uses global variables, however a similar method could be done using 'getters', and 'setters' against a variable in the indexer subsystem.
You do not need to merge this change into the code. This PR is simply to get you thinking about how a 'latch' might work.
This has not been tested on the Robot and would need verification before merging.
Looks like a bunch of unrelated changes made it into this PR too. DO NOT MERGE. Just look for the note latch concepts.
