TV Rename v4.5.9

New Enhancements release - picking off some stuff on the idea's wall. Updates since v4.5.8:

New Enhancements:

• 👓 Make Windows come up in the middle of their parent
• 🛠️ Support for new tag: {ShowNameNoYear}
  • New default TV Show folder Name in settings to make use of new field
  • 🛠️ New presets to take advantage of new tag
• 🛠️ Remove need to escape [ and ] characters in show names
• 👓 Taskbar scan progress
• 🛠️ Support for forced/sdh/cc subs and xx-xx langauge format of language codes in langauge subtitles
• Added Shortcut keys for the 3 scan types (Ctrl-F, Q, R) and the actions (Ctrl-D)

Bug Fixes:

• Update Season Name from v4 API TVDB
• 👓 Support to load and display clearart and clearlogos from TVDB
• 👓 Fix issue that caused TVDB v4 Images to fail to display on screen
