TV Rename 2.6.4 Beta 1

This new version cleans up the scan issues identified in the alpha releases and cleans up a few other previously undiscovered bugs.

New Features

• 🛠️ Tidy Library - this new feature first looks for missing files in the library first

Enhancements

• 🛠️ Hide critical logs from central logging

Bug Fixes

• Safer upgrade of files - defers to the user more often
• Fix for when lists of filenames are empty
• Improved upgradability from 2.3
• Logging to try and fix #538
• Fix bug with some RSS feeds not being processed
• Fix bug that meant that not all folders were cleaned up
• Fix bug to more cleanly cancel the scanning process
