TV Rename 2.6.3 RC5

Bit of an experimental release as it cleans up some of the scan code that has not been touched in ages. Let us know if there are any issues:

New Features

• 🛠️ Ignore Previously Seen Episodes - New feature that, when enabled, does not report episodes that are missing where TV Rename has seen that episode before. Top requested new feature from the Idea Wall.
• 🛠️ Added Automated Bulk Add to scan
• 🛠️ Massive clean up of preferences in general

Enhancements

• Improved scan notifications
• Scan is more responsive with fewer unresponsive pauses
• Improved scan cancellation
• More forgiving banner cache loading
• Improve Show Information
• New 'Download and Quit' option on New Version Notification
• 🛠️ JSON and RSS Finders are now able to be configured to be executed on manual scans only
• 🛠️ JSON Finder now reports filesize also
• 🛠️ Ability to edit Bulk-Add folders from preferences (rather then Bulk-Add tool only)

Bug Fixes

• Safer removal of files in the download directory
• Fix when comparing upper and lower case paths and paths with no extensions
• Prevent auto-scan while dialog is open
• Fix for large file sizes being downloaded
• Columns shown then an item is downloading

Technical Changes:

• Improved separation of different scan components
• Quicker scanning
• TimeZone has been refactored to use in-built .NET libraries
• UI Responsiveness improvements
