Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In BBB 3.0 a dark mode logo can be passed via the API.
Waiting for PHP API to support this, see: littleredbutton/bigbluebutton-api-php#212

Describe the solution you'd like
Add new field to database and add new option in the admin setttings
