Move all texts to string resources, so they can be translated by a customer in their own app's resources. Also write some documentation on how to translate these texts.

Other improvements:

  • Prefer negative times when showing the remaining time in CurrentTimeDisplay.
  • Make the icon and text of the LiveButton properly vertically centered.
