This is the first public release of the NCCP SACT Parser. Included are the main Python web parser, as well as an included harmonization file. This manually-curated harmonization file can be passed to the web parser to avoid duplicate records in NCCP regimens that are listed with slightly different names on the NCCP website, such as those that list medications in alternative orders, or those that list regimens with/without the use of abbreviations.
The Python web parser tool can be used via the command line to create a table of NCCP indications, or it can be used as a Python library in an interactive session or script to further interrogate the NCCP indication and regimen data.
