Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and distribute the operating system (OS) developed by the licensor.

1. Installation Restriction: The OS may only be installed and used on the following Raspberry Pi models:
   - Raspberry Pi Model B
   - Raspberry Pi Model B+
   - Raspberry Pi 2 Model B
   - Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
   - Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+
   - Raspberry Pi 4 Model B
   - Raspberry Pi 400
   - Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W
   Installation on any other devices is strictly prohibited.

2. Source Code: The source code of the OS is proprietary and remains the exclusive property of the licensor. It must not be distributed, copied, modified, or accessed without the licensor's express written permission.

3. Free Distribution: The OS is provided free of charge. Charging a fee for the OS without the written consent of the licensor is prohibited.

4. GNU/Linux Kernel: The OS utilizes the GNU/Linux kernel. The licensor is not obligated to open-source the kernel's components. The GNU/Linux inclusion is for user convenience only.

5. Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the OS. Modification of the OS in any manner is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The OS is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The licensor does not guarantee that the OS will meet your requirements or operate without interruptions or errors.

7. Limitation of Liability: The licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the OS, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the OS.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensor resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensor regarding the use of the OS, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.

By using, copying, or distributing the OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
