Jellyfin: Update to v10.10.0

Description

This PR includes the following:

1. Update jellyfin to 10.10.0
2. Update native dotnet to 8.0.10
3. Update native nodejs to 20.18.0

To be prepared for #6255, please remove any variable from DEPENDS* definitions:

in cross/jellyfin/Makefile:
instead of
BUILD_DEPENDS = native/dotnet-sdk-$(DOTNET_VERSION)
use
BUILD_DEPENDS = native/dotnet-sdk-8.0
