This is built on top of #70 but could be landed separately.
This adds two commands to add and / or remove
$SHICKA_REFUSAL_UNVERIFICATION_ROLEand$SHICKA_APPROVAL_VERIFICATION_ROLEroles, to ease some parts of the current verification process.Currently they are only implemented as message context menu commands and do not provide a way to specify a reason for using them.
