note: removed COPY .env .env from the Dockerfiles because it adds invisible and possible invalid vars to the published image. I'd rather have a volume mount or "env_file:" for that in the compose file.
Also changed the port mappings the the root docker-compose.yml because I already have Postgres DBs running and the containers do not use external mapings anyways.
