Android Cross Compile environment

setup: put these files in /var/lib/puppet

config: edit /var/lib/puppet/manifests/site.pp

put file templates in: /var/lib/puppet/templates/

put files being copied in: /var/lib/puppet/files/

to apply: /var/lib/puppet/run
