DB updates:

Updated script 3 to pick up whether perils are grouped
Added PayOutType Reference table
Removed unaccepable value (=3) from LimitType reference table
Added 3 additional detailed Forestry occupancy codes (Spruce, Birch, Pine)
Added 'XK' for Kosavo Country code
Updated IsLimitAtDamage data type to bit.

OED spec updates:

  1. Added acceptable / valid value ranges (column H in 'OED Input Fields' tab) where applicable for OED fields.
  2. Corrected data type for ReinstatementCharge
  3. Added additional PayOutType accepted values in 'Financial Code Values' tab
  4. Updated CondName and all DedCode and LimitCode fields to be optional.
  5. Added 3 additional detailed Forestry occupancy codes (Spruce, Birch, Pine)
  6. Added 'XK' for Kosavo country code.
  7. Updated IsLimitAtDamage data type to boolean.
