RequireJS Fix

Code was in the wrong place causing RequireJS to think jQuery wasn't loaded yet.

Problem resizing last column

AMD Loading Enabled

This version now support AMD loading

This release currently works well with most of the DataTables plugins.

Known issues:
-Doesn't work with FixedHeader plugin
