Adds an indexer mode to the SQLite store to index the full chain data. Requires #50

TODO:

  • Fix element proof hydration
  • Set index/no-index mode at runtime
  • Prevent switching modes after initial startup or resubscribe if the mode switches
  • Disable resubscribe endpoint when in full index mode
  • Add additional API endpoints for querying addresses without adding them to a wallet
