A tool which transfer your hosts file into a dnsmasq.conf.add file.
Use GNU or C++ to pack a executable file and run it, it will rocgonize the hosts file and create a dnsmasq.conf.add . Use a g++ main.cpp -o main.exe or g++ main.cpp -o main, and you should know that if you use DNSmasq.
Actually, it has no license at all, such a stupid program doesn't need a license, and you can fork or do anything you want. (perhaps)
