This repo has the following python notebooks:

1. Script to study possibilites of agglomerative clustering of brain networks and verify and hierarchical labelling possibilities: Mainly uses sci-kit learn
2. Basic regression analysis: fitting a model and prediction
3. Using keras to build a CNN to classify cryptopunks
4. Unsupervised Clustering of 1000 ROIs of a pre-processed functional MRI using k-means to classify brain networks
