Used to determine if a streamer or YouTuber is playing in a lobby with a reduced average K/D which would indicate that he has intentionally thrown games (lost on purpose) offline to trick the match making system into placing him in lower skilled lobbies. TLDR - it exposes frauds on YouTube and Twitch.
