This PR improves the applet card design. It adds slightly more rounded corners, darkens the border color, and makes the size uniform. This makes the cards a bit nicer to look at, as well as reduces the required cognitive load to quickly scan through them all due.
Also removes "go to" from dashboard translation to be more concise
