Improved Logging:

Added more detailed messages for each step of the process.
Highlighted error scenarios with specific messages.
Configurable Delay:

The --start-delay argument allows users to specify a custom delay before initiating the RPC call.
Thread Join:

Ensures the LDAP server thread is properly managed before the script exits.
