Hi,

One of our artists is working on Mac and needs the plugin. Is there any way you could provide us with a build for it ?

Hi @restani-mm,

I will support Mac OS at some point, but I am not sure of the amount of work so no ETA yet.

The next problem is that some artists are using the Gluon GUI tool, and this is not supported by the plugin yet. This second part is also on the wishlist, so stay tuned!

Thanks for the answer !

I've built the plugin for OSX, but it looks like the cm shell can't be kept alive (every command prints "Shell doesn't seem to be alive, restarting !" followed by an error "Argument cannot be null: path".

I'll keep you updated if I manage to have something working. Anyways, thanks for the work on the plugin so far !

Thanks for the update, I'll have a look at the code with this error message
in mind.

Could you post your log file, or send it too me by e-mail please ? In
Saved/Logs/ folder.

I currently don't have access to à Mac.

Here it is. (On OSX, logs are in ~/Library/Logs/Unreal Engine/<project>).

I had to make some changes in PlasticSourceControlUtils.cpp (see patch file).
Some logs in _RunCommandInternal were crashing the editor, with a SEGV. I couldn't find which line in particular so I commented all of them.
