Iedereen die aan de backend werkt kan nu met
pre-commit installeen pre-commit hook aanmaken die dezelfde checks draait als de Github Action runner. Hierdoor kan niet worden gecommit voordat deze checks slagen, wat overbodige linting fix commits zal weghalen. #40
