Download the IDE
Install the IDE
Launch the IDE

To support the nodemcu

Follow this tutorial from step #4 to step #9

wake on LAN library installation

download that wake on LAN library repository as a .zip file
go to sketch -> include library -> Add .ZIP library in the Arduino IDE
Select the library .zip file
