This adds the following commits

8701a16 & dfc41e7. This allows connecting other LPC peripherals in parallel with the openxenium (i.e SuperIO debugger)

af83c4b - Reduces wait states on NAND flash access. This improves read and write times slightly, mainly just enough to fix #6.

Recompiled xenium-tools.xbe due to an upsteam issue in NXDK that has been fixed which resulted in file naming issues in some cases.
