There is nothing in the update itself that will result in better or worse graphics.

Disagree, its not just a number, newer vulkan code get better result why not? You will find the improvement here, for me, the loading texture faster, texture outline sharper, and much clear graphics overall. But i'm running x2 plus FSR filter, not sure the other. just hate to screen cap for comparion, better test it yourself.
