Learn about vigilant mode. 
* If configured, use secure desktop to unlock OTP database
* Parse references in entry title and username when OTP is set up
* Add column to indicate 2FA status

The already existing "KPOTP" column displays the current OTP or a hint if 2FA can be set up.
The new column "KPOTP reduced" will only display whether 2FA is configured or possible, it will not show the current OTP

Doubleclick behaviour is the same for both columns
