Minimum update to enable the extension for Gnome Shell 47.

v16 for gnome-shell 45 & 46

Checked for 46 on Gnome OS nightly, seems to work ok.

v15 for gnome-shell 45

Now, it should work correctly even if the focus is changed "outside" the extension.
