Aggiunto il release-log. Questo serve per non tenere piu il log delle novità in formato capibile da tutti su TP.
Per i dev va compilato RELEASE.md in un linguaggio non-tecnicese.
Accedendo all'url /release-log, o dal pannello di controllo andando in 'Novità ultimi rilasci' si accede ai log.
Il file RELEASE.md è stato aggiunto anche negli addon di io-comune: volto-io-cittadino e volto-io-prenoto. Se gli addon sono installati vengono mostrati i log anche di quegli addon, suddivisi per tab.
In cima al file RELEASE.md è spiegato come usarlo.
